Who We Are

In 1993, Global Network Solutions (formerly MAS Company) started as a technology audit service provider. Over the years, we evolved and expanded our product lines, eventually becoming Global Network Solutions, Inc. In 2002, we transitioned to an LLC structure while maintaining our core operations.

In 2013, we expanded our services to include managed network services, addressing system design, network management, secure communications and cybersecurity. These services become the foundation for GNS today.

Our journey took a significant turn in 2016 when we acquired an equity position in CybrHawk, a leading cybersecurity threat visibility, detection and response platform. This strategic move enabled us to focus on key cybersecurity areas that include Cybersecurity Risk Assessment & Management, Penetration Testing, Compliance Management and Vendor Assessment & Verification.
